deja vu
Déjà vu.
It is that overbearing sense of frustration that threatens to engulf all that is before me.
The frustration of being so near things, and yet so apart, of circumstances forcing me to be meek despite being strong, of some else taking decisions on my behalf, of being and island in the midst of people, and of seeing no light at the end of the tunnel.
I have sought little in life, have been content with small dreams, but why is that peace continues to be elusive despite my best attempts?
Each passing day fills me with trepidation. It is the anxiety of the coming tommorow, but it also hides in it's self, the hope of a better future that may come my way.
But, will this hope continue to live on? Will the dark cloud have the proverbial silver lining?
Must revisit Camus ‘The Myth of Sisyphus’ again!
